The mansions are settled in Baglar province, at the heart of museum city Safranbolu. The mansions were once named as KATIPLER EVLERI. As we have provided the remodeling an modification restorations approval from Ministry of Culture & Tourism, Monuments High Council in 2002, establishments were restorated and opened for business by the permission of the same board.

Mansions have preserved their own historical characteristics. In two stories high with a living main enterance floor mansions are built upon 110x2 m2 area as three stories high. Sapphire Mansion reflects total Safranbolu characteristics and serves as a hotel, but the administration building differs from the main and reflects a standart Ottoman Empire period house .

Mansion has 9 rooms; 4 with 3 beds and others 2. Hot water, WC, satellite TV, and ADSL internet connections are avaliable in every room. The yard is open for summer season and open buffet breakfasts, brunches and regional special gourmet varieties are avaliable.
